During this course, I studied multiple learning theories and learned how such knowledge can be used to make instructional decisions. Technology continues to change the way that students gain knowledge and communicate with peers and instructors. Learning should be engaging for students and allow for collaboration through various technology tools for communication. Understanding how people learn and how educational technology can be used to meet all learning needs has made me a more effective educator. I wrote the following paper to anaylze and critique connectivism as a learning theory, and its effects on student learning.
